In 2025, we made U.S. history by passing New Mexico’s semi-open primaries bill—ensuring that nearly one in four voters can finally participate in the democratic process without changing their party affiliation. This landmark win is just the beginning!
With a 71% win rate in the 2024 primaries and 60% in the general election, our impact is real and growing. From modernizing how we vote to increasing civic participation across all communities, NM Voters First is building a stronger, more inclusive democracy for all.
